Private Lessons (Online)
I reserve the right to expand my offerings in the future to include other digital content, such as group courses, corporate consultations, downloadable materials (PDFs), e-books, or other learning resources.
3. Eligibility and Target Audience
My services are designed for both private individuals and corporate clients.
Minimum Age: Participation is generally open to all individuals aged 14 and older.
Technical Requirement: All participants must ensure they have a stable and reliable internet connection for online services.
4. Booking and Agreement
By booking any service through my website, email, or a third-party platform, you explicitly agree to and accept these Terms and Conditions, establishing a binding contract between you (the customer) and me (the provider).
5. Prices and Payment
Pricing: The cost for any specific service will be clearly listed on the website or detailed in the individualized proposal provided to you.
Payment Requirement (Private Customers): Full payment for the booked service is due immediately upon booking.

6. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

Provider Cancellation: In the rare event that I must cancel a lesson, I will offer the option of either a replacement date or a full refund for the cancelled session.

8. Rules of Conduct and Safe Space

Termination for Misconduct: Should a participant repeatedly violate these core values or engage in disruptive behavior, I reserve the right to immediately terminate the collaboration.
No Refund for Termination: In the event of termination due to misconduct, the customer will forfeit any entitlement to a refund for remaining, unused lessons.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Applicable Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Tennessee.
Dispute Resolution: The exclusive place of jurisdiction for resolving any disputes arising from these terms shall be the courts located in Tennessee, USA.

Applicable Terms: For any services already paid for and booked, the Terms and Conditions valid at the time of your original booking will remain applicable.
