Refund Policy

Generally speaking, when you purchase lessons, they are non-refundable. If you need to cancel/reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you have an emergency that prevents you from attending the lesson within the 24-hour window, please contact me at masterenglishwithchristian@gmail.com to explain the circumstances of your situation. I may, at my discretion, consider issuing a refund.

Furthermore, in the rare cases where I'm unable to attend or there's an internet connection issue on my end, you'll have the option to either get a refund or reschedule the class at no additional charge.
